Step 14: Cover Your Baking Tin

Now the tricky part is to get your dough in your baking tin. You need to cover the bottom and the sides. I have tried many ways, but for me, the best way is to cut your big circle in smaller long parts. Then transfer them one by one into the baking tin and cover the bottom first, then the sides.
